By accessing or using the ReceiptScan API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the ReceiptScan API to extract structured data from receipt images for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Your API key is confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your key. Do not share your key publicly or commit it to version control. If your key is compromised, contact us immediately.
Pay-as-you-go accounts are billed per API call. Plan accounts are billed monthly and include a fixed call limit. Calls exceeding your plan limit will be rejected with a 429 status until your billing period resets.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Receipt images submitted to the API are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers. We do not retain the content of images after a response is returned. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, extraction errors, or data inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
